Koomi OS Pte. Ltd. (“Koomi”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
1. Personal data we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone, business name), account and transaction information from your use of Koomi products, device and usage data from our website and apps, and information you provide when applying for KoomiX financing, such as director identity and credit bureau reports.
2. How we use it
To provide and support our products; process payments; assess eligibility for financing; communicate with you about your account; meet legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations; and, with your consent, send marketing. We do not sell personal data.
3. Disclosure
We may share personal data with service providers, payment processors, financing partners (including Finyx and licensed banking partners), professional advisers and authorities where required by law. Recipients are bound to protect your data to a standard comparable to the PDPA, including for any overseas transfer.
4. Do Not Call
We will not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers registered with the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given clear and unambiguous consent.
5. Protection and retention
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes collected or as required by law, then dispose of it securely.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services.

5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Complaints & Feedback
We take every piece of feedback seriously and aim to resolve concerns fairly and quickly.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to our management team at the same address. For complaints about financing provided through KoomiX, you may also contact the relevant financing partner, or the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) where applicable. Consumers may also approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
Financing Disclosures
KoomiX financing is provided by licensed financial institutions and partners, with embedded financing technology powered by Finyx. Koomi does not itself lend money. All financing is subject to eligibility, credit assessment and approval by the relevant partner, and to the terms of the facility agreement.
Figures shown on this website, including calculator outputs, are indicative only and do not constitute an offer of credit. Please read your facility agreement carefully and seek independent advice if needed.
